Objective
The University Sarajevo School of Science and Technology is implementing the procurement on behalf of the consortium of partners gathered around the Digital Innovation Hub (DIH) "its4Health". The project to establish DIHs in Bosnia and Herzegovina is supported by the German Society for International Cooperation - GIZ, within the EU4DigitalSME program, jointly financed by the European Union and the Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ).

Minimum Eligibility and Qualification Criteria
The following must be submitted with the offer:
- Technical documentation (manufacturer's specification of the device, catalog, brochures, etc.) from which it can be seen that all required characteristics are met (including CPU results at https://www.cpubenchmark.net/) in one of the official languages in BiH or in the English language.
- A statement on the delivery deadline up to 45 days from the date of signing the contract, and that the goods will be delivered new, unused, in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- A statement about the warranty period of at least 36 months from the date of delivery, and that all possible defects during the warranty period will be removed free of charge within 45 days from the date of notification of the defect at the latest.
